Absolutely amazing bike shop! The owner really knows his stuff and explains how best to help you. They are always my first choice LBS and I have had nothing but great experiences with them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They explained things well and gave me many different options when I was modifying my bike. Transparent pricing, and parts were ordered and ready in no time.

I went in for a flat tier and a tune up. Received an amazing service at a reasonable price. Well informed and very informative staff, they walked me through every step of what they did and gave me excellent free advice. I bought a couple of accessories as well, they have a great selection of helmets, bicycle apparel and accessories. Definitely going back!

Thanks alot guys! I was out here for the day riding the hydro cuts and had an issue with my derailleur. They got my bike fixed and got me back riding in 15 minutes, great experience, friendly staff. Highly recommended

Blackarrow has become my go-to cycling shop. The staff are *super friendly, bike enthusiasts*, the shop is very clean, the prices are reasonable, and the service is phenomenal. Want a tune up? Get one at a reasonable price thats very comprehensive. Or just go get a part and they will be happy to look at it and advise on how to go about fixing your bike yourself. including websites, part reccos etc! 10/10

Stopped in on a whim b/c i was desparate and i thought they'd be exspensive. Needed a seat clamp for my "odd sized seat post" and was previously told i would need to order from the manufacturer.... People there were awesome. Found the part I needed and gave it to me for free "b/c it was used and they couldnt guarantee it" Then they sized it and installed it for me on the spot. Oiled my chain cause im lazy and it needed it, fixed the my back tire seal to lose the wobble and all less than $12 labor taxes in...... fantastic! Pleasantly surprised to see they have a nice bike collection that is just as reasnonably priced! Would recommend checking them out to anyone interested in bicycles!

The best bike shop in town! Jesse and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to go over everything with you and explain thoroughly any questions you might have along the way. Along with their amazing service, the shop is very well organized and they have a great selection of accessories to choose from as well. Thank you Jesse!

Needed a derailleur adjustment, and Jesse had it done in a snap! He and his team provided great customer service and explained the whole process clearly from start to finish! A fun experience!
