Friendly staff. Had a ski order pick, got bindings and actual work to bind skis included in price. Binding was done in less than 10 mins. Store has lots of equipment for other sports (tennis, martial arts, training, golf, etc). Prices were ok - but prices aren't up to the location. Check it out if you're looking for good sports gear/equipment.

Decent place for athletic swimsuits. I would rate higher if it was a dog-friendly store.

The manager at this location was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me with my internet order when the Guelph store just sent me away and told me to call customer service.

Awesome customer service. Was looking at a fitbit and they just recently had a sale, manager said he could give me the discount still because it wasn't too long ago. Ended up not getting it but I thought it was awesome he offered that.
