Fair rates, owner is reliable. All you have to do is call the number and make an appointment. The people complaining obviously have no idea what they are talking about. The last 2 reviews were done by the same person negatively reviewing the same places. Bitcoiniacs has been the most reliable and solid provider of Bitcoin in the city for years.

They have the best rate in Richmond and a very helpful staff ! 5/5 stars . Staff normally stop customers from buying and sending Bitcoins to somebody if they suspected that customers are being scammed like CRA and love scam. Also, Amazon and Ebay scam.

It was my first time using a crypto ATM, however the owner was friendly and offered helpful advice on which coin to withdraw from to reduce fees.

I was called by a fake CRA person, he managed to convince me that I owed Canada revenue 5,000.00 dollars. He told me to go and send it through a Bitcoin ATM and I didn't know how that works. When I arrived at the phone the staff noticed that I didn't know what I was doing and was receiving by phone. They managed to make me understand that CRA does not accept Bitcoin and that it was a scame. The person on the phone was telling me not to listen to them or talk to anyone. The person on the phone kept on using the police as a threat. The staff told me to tell the person to call the police. But he didn't then I realized it was all fake. I almost lost my lifetime saving. Because I was afriad of being deported and am a study trying to survive and someone tried to take all my hard work. Am thankful to bitcoinacis staff for being patient with me and saving me from this. Now am telling my friends and family about these scams. Thank you Bitcoinacis. I don't know why some people are calling them a scammer when they saved me from loosing my life savings. I was even being mean to them cuz of stress but they were there for me.
