Before I always had good experience in this branch, but this time I had the worst experience. The lady helped me seem like pissed off even though I gave a nice greeting to her first. She only focused on talking to her colleague and asked me the same question three times. Definitely a bad experience!! Hope they can be nicer to customers.

This is summary of my awful experience/lesson learned so far: - I didn't received any valuable service to follow my claim in time. RBC's claim process need to be revised or Don't trust on RBC to solve the problem. - Record any conversation with RBC because there is not any trust on the agent's information and if you want even review your own conversation, it takes at least one month to get a record of any conversation (sorry call transcription).There is no way to reduce time of reviewing facts in RBC's claim process. - The process is suitable for RBC' benefit not customer. The process time will kill customer's opportunity. 100 % unacceptable. - The RBC's agent's answer will be only "follow process...", so don't think there is any help to solve customer's problem. Their focus is no solving problem. If customer say anything as a solution, it will be an exception. - Terminate cooperation with RBC that cannot even take any valuable step for solving a problem. How customers like me can trust on this bank for business and future problems that need to be solved in a short time.

They cancelled my account (for no reason - they said an employee must have accidentally done it), overcharged me for something I wasn't even aware I would be charged for, and they constantly fail to make changes to my account - no matter how many times I go in and make the change (all three times they assured me that the change had been made). I was planning on applying for a credit card with this bank, but am now forced to look at different options.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. You should be ashamed of how you treat loyal customers of over 20 YEARS! I have never ever had a cheque be placed on hold and yet the girl decides to accuse me of submittig the cheque through my mobile AND depositing in the bank. How dare you. RBC has lost this client. Never ever again will i bank with you. This is completely uncalled for.

If i could give," - milion I would do without hesitation, simply because, it doesn't deserve even a one star. Absolutly missed profesionalizm, ignorant, from receptionist Giną, to " so she called herself a manager, Michelle. I just can't believe what kind of finacial institution that rely on custumers can keep such a mean liers, unprofesional ignorent.
