terrible experience. I am not even sure how they call them "financial advisers" with zero customer service and very low knowledge of clients need. waiting for one month and half to hear back from them. called them! visited the branch! left messages no answer. Thank you Paul! Are you still there??? helloooooo??? I have been with this branch for more than 10 years. I have multiple accounts from RESP saving checking business account credit cards but they DO NOT CARE. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AM DONE AND I WILL CLOSE ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS AND MOVE ON.

I've been banking with this bank for the last 14years. I recently went there to find out how I could buy another house because I just sold mine... (with the bank's "help" of course because I haven't got my money yet). I was met by this "new newbie" that not only inexperience but "insulting" too. I used to deal with an Asian guy known as Lawrence and he went over to PoCo branch (near Michael's). He was the best. Anyone knows where he is now??? If I can't find him, I may switch bank. TD is a good bank but the people in there did not live up to it. No experience.

Great branch They uphold a high level of customer service at this branch, despite being in a central, busy area.
