CIBC Branch with ATM

Was standing at the information desk for 15 minutes because I had an appointment. No one greeted me for the entire 15 minutes. I had to chase someone down who completely ignored me. Finally the second person I chased down actually stopped to find the person I had a meeting with. Super unorganized. Once I was in the meeting, the staff were friendly and professional though.

Convenient drive thru ATM machine. If you are making a deposit, it is an envelope-less machine which makes it faster feeding in cheques or cash quickly. Be sure to check it over for fraud devices (ie. has the card scanner been tampered with? Cover the keypad when punching in your PIN?) More paranoid using this through drive thru.

Bad service and not professional, I went there for a simple thing today, and the financial advisor said that he didn't know,let me ask RBC or BMO, WTF

Good banking experience in store. Don't bother phoning them though as they'll never answer the phone. The voicemail says if they don't answer they'll get back to you before the end of the day. This is a lie. I left two voicemails in December and now it's march. I'm starting to think they might not call back...
