RBC Royal Bank

I was a customer for a long time. When I inquired about a mortgage they just said I was too young and that's that. Then a year later, long after I had secured a mortgage they phoned to ask if I was still interested. They never helped me.

Took the teller 15 minutes to reverse a $3.50 charge. Couldn't be less concerned about my time. He wasn't wearing a name tag but told me his name is Ethan. I had to explain myself 4 times and still could understand the situation or would talk to the manager. He was chewing his gum so loudly and hard I was concerned for his jaw. Expect the staff to be more professional.Just disappointing as I recently moved all my account to Royal Bank.

Great service by friendly and helpful tellers. I have dealt with this bank for years and have had nothing but good experiences. A positive and friendly approach to start with can go a long way to a desirably outcome. Give it a try next time. You might be surprised.
