Our burgers feature gourmet ingredients that are sourced from top quality producers and local when possible. Our menu features hand-cut French fries made fresh every day and cooked in trans fat-free canola oil. Not too bad at all. It was a pretty good burger, I had the crazy, thought it was good. I have definitely had better burgers at a cheaper price but the staff here kinda set them apart. It was very busy and seemed to have a lot of repeat customers as most knew what they wanted ahead of time. My son's burger was a bit sloppy and seemed a little heavy on the greasy side. He loves fries but he didn't care too much for these ones as they were warm at best. We did enjoy our time here but I don't think I would come back as it is out of the way and we aren't in this area too often.

The burgers are quite tasty but small and expensive for what you get. Also I don't care for their service at this location. One time I was asked if I was the delivery driver for some food service co they use. Other times they do not listen to my complete order before they total my bill. Get some proper staff ! Premises need a good clean. Other locations like at the airport are much better...

DAMN! THAT WAS A GOOD BURGER!! I went to lunch here with a colleague not expecting much as many of these types of places are popping up all over the city each with their own unique brand or unique look unique feel. While inside this restaurant is very much like many others where they differ and where they shine is the menu. Big Smoke Burger offered some excellent choices and some unique combinations. While I know my way around the kitchen better than most and consider myself to be a pretty good cook where I fall down is that I don't often eat 'outside my comfort zone'. So this time I tried something different. My colleague also went outside his comfort zone and both of us were left slack-jawed at how good the food was my my particular choice was a burger that had pineapple on it - outstanding! Kudos to the staff of this location for also making my weight in line while it cooked informative and fun.

Gourmet Burgers perfectly done. I have tried the southern fried chicken and the big smoke burger with pulled pork. I relished every bite if it. The patty is cooked to perfection and melting cheese will just take you to heaven. A bit on the expensive side but you can't wrong with this.

Me and my girlfriend came in here last night for a quick bite, we both got the spicy burger. The bun was stone cold, however I still enjoyed the burger while my girlfriend did not. We both love spicy however the jalapenos were extremely hot and took flavor away from the burger. Fries were bland, however when we added salt and pepper they tasted okay. Also the place is a little pricey. I give it 4 stars but I would not return.
