MR. GREEK

Mr Greek is a very reliable Greek food franchise. They give you very large portion. Quality fluctuates though. Food is not very hot this time. Potatoes are cold. Overall everything is ok tasty. Make sure you ask for more sauce for the rice. Their sauce is the best. New management now. Hopefully the kitchen is cleaner now. ** changed to a 4-star as the food is so good today. The gyro combo is excellent. The garlic bread is a bit soggy.

Clean nice and Cozy restaurant and staff are friendly. I love the lentil soup.

Excellent ! BUT !!!! Pork sticks are $3 each and for that price one ought to expect the meat to occupy the whole stick. There's lots of room to put a few more pieces of meat on the sticks at this price. And the pieces of meat are also small. I am so lucky to have lived to eat large portions of meat on a stick in my years. The poor people of today must have no idea what kinds of feasts they are missing. I am Greek and have known Greeks to be great hosts and served great meals in great quantities. FEASTS ! Times sure have changed. A large side of potatoes for $7 is real steap price. Anyhow, this place is great, super nice staff, clean, cozy, food tastes great, clean, but yes i agree with some other posters, expensive. Washrooms are important and very telling of the rest of a restaurant and this place has a nice clean washroom and its very cold outside and unlike many other places these days, it is nice and warm in here. Unlike alot of places with watered down fountain coke or phoney coke, this place uses real coke too. I'd give it the extra star if the portions were larger or the prices cheaper, like $1.25 to $2 per souvlaki or shishkabob stick.

The worst I have ever eaten anywhere. There wasn't a single thing that didn't taste like it was made with frozen ingredients. The least they could have done was to cook them well so when you bite into the food it's not cold. Never coming again

Right now choking on under cooked rice. $18 for pork souvlaki, rice, salad and pita is very overpriced. This is not the same as prices at the mall. Should have read reviews before visiting...r.e. cockroaches. Does head office know about this? They're down the street.
