Swiss Chalet

Quick, easy takeout location however I do not like dining inside this particular Swiss Chalet. I have dined inside 4 times and each time the servers seem unorganized and we have had long wait times for food. I prefer to drive down the street for the don mills and eglinton location if dining in.

We never have to wait to be seated and the service is pretty fast. Food is always good. The only minor complaint is that servers often need to be told twice about any special requests.

Very cozy environment for a family dinner. good customer services for food.

Ordered rowtisserie chicken with shrimp and rice. Followed by hot fudge brownie with icecream as a dessert. Good experience.

Basic bland boring food. Overpriced as well based on the portion size and taste. Very sub par menu with not many options. Sauces feel as if it is microwaved because the bowls they come served in are blistering hot... meaning sauce may not be fresh. Chicken looks unappealing especially when ordering the no skin option. Seems as if they are also catering to a senior crowd as the atmosphere is very quiet and monotone also very dim lighting.
