Big Sky

Not a member but son did swim lessons here. Seems like a nice gym, but is still being remodeled. The pool is a bit small and isn't really usable when there are swim classes going on.

Been a member for a little over a month now, I have been a member of many gyms from LA Fitness to EDGE to Healthtrax, and I just get the feeling that the owner of these gyms cares about them as I see a lot of quality in the equipment and their upkeep. Reasonable monthly rate as well. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Good gym. Plenty of cardio and weight bearing equipment and personal training available.

We Visited Big sky Vernon ct location at 6/2/2017 between 7 and 8 PM to inquire about plans as we wanted to join there. 2 ladies were there in the reception. one of them has no clue about big sky and another lady is very busy and she was not ready to explain any details about plans they offer and she not even shown any courtesy to answer our questions. We requested for a walk through session and she denied that as well and the worst part is we called them before visiting and arrived there at the mentioned time. Staffs are very rude. We were in a plan to join and due to this frustrating experience, we changed our mind and looking out for other center.s CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.....SORRY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL....

Big gym with a small gym feel. Place is always clean with plenty of equipment to use! The group classes are great and the price is reasonable.
