m.e.l.t. Workout West Hartford

Before I started m.e.l.t. I was feeling self-conscious, sluggish, tired and like I wanted to do more with my workouts. I saw a clip on Better Connecticut where Nicole said they were running a 21 day for $21 promo, and I had to try it out again had worked out at m.e.l.t 3 years ago. I have been working out for 4 weeks 5-6 times per day and feel AMAZING. Not only have I lost 3 inches in my waist, but I feel re-energized, confident, proud and excited every day to do my workouts. I LOVE that the workouts are short, but intense. It allows me to get my workouts in while still spending time with my baby and husband. I would tell anyone of any fitness level that they should give m.e.l.t. a try. The coaches support and push people of all fitness levels. M.e.l.t. has RE-changed my life!

Well- I too thought it was time to do something different ! I saw the Melt Challenge on Facebook & thought I would make a call.. I signed up for $30 for 30 days and feel much better after only 2 workouts! Aaron, Nicole and the other participants are very instructive and supportive.. I’ve even given the info to a few friends. Looking forward to seeing the difference after the 30 days with their encouragement ‘n
