Big Bay Point Lighthouse Bed & Breakfast

We had the most amazing weekend here with Linda and Jeff. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area and we had a lot of fun exploring. We went up to the top of the lighthouse and spent time in the sauna on the cold December nights. Our room was lovely with a fireplace! Linda and Jeff serve the most AMAZING breakfasts!!!!! We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

This s a fantastic place to stay. While somewhat remote, that's a good thing when trying to get away to relax and enjoy some dwn time. They also provide a lot of historical information about the lighthouse and the area if you are interested in such things (which I am). My wife and I had a wonderful time.

Just stayed at the lighthouse for the first time over the weekend. Loved it! The weather was terrible, but it made the stay even better honestly! The waves were crashing into the cliff, the wind was blowing ferociously, and the sounds put me to sleep both nights! I walked all over the grounds and took in the treacherous looking landscapes—completely amazing. I went up and outside the top of the lighthouse, and that was totally epic. The room was quiet, cozy, had a nice antique feel to it (if you like that kind of thing, which I do!). The innkeepers were nice and very chatty, telling stories of all their European adventures (they’ve been married for 35 years and love to travel). I loved hearing their stories! They know so much about the area and the history and the people as well. Already have plans to take my hubby up there next year for his birthday. There are lots of trails and beautiful sights on Big Bay Rd (550 to the locals) and it’s only about a 35-40 min drive to Marquette. Love this place!!

Wonderful bed and breakfast... breakfast has French toast with sandwiched together with cream cheese... heavenly! Great views. Don't let the long, windy, dark road leading to Big Bay scare you, you'll get there!

The room was fantastic, the breakfast was far better than I ever thought it would have been. Finding it isn't too terribly difficult defined as long as you look at Google Maps or other navigation prior to getting up there, because cell phone service can be a little sketchy.
