It was a pretty nice stay in a pretty nice room for about 65 bucks. The people that work there are really nice almost like it's family-owned. I flew in late with A3 hour difference from the West Coast. Not realizing it being 11 that everything was closed and I was starving. The gentleman was super nice and offered me breakfast. Even turned on a waffle iron for me. I couldn't have been more happy for my first visit to Michigan from Oregon

We stayed in Marquette during the Blueberry Festival in July so when we were looking to reserve a place we didn't have many options...everything was booked. The window of the room gives you a view of the hallway. There was also a gap at the bottom of our door wide enough to fit the tv remote under. I lined a towel at the bottom of the door to cover this when we went to sleep at night. The parking was also very limited...there were people parked up on the grass hill on the side of the building. We were lucky to have found a spot in the back when we came back for the night. I wouldn't stay here again...but if you're looking for a deal it isn't the worst option I suppose.

The rooms were clean but a little rough. There was a lot of noise right outside our window, and a very strong light right in front of our window make the inside pretty bright. Very very loud heating unit.

I needed a quiet place to work (deadline, no peace at home) and I got it.  I had my own mini vacation, and was glad of it.  The staff are super helpful, and for the price it is a bargain.  My room was very clean, and if an appliance was dated, it was clean and worked.  Overall, for the price and the amenities, I would totally give this place a thumbs up.

the service is really poor hotel rooms or barely kept up and shape the security lock on the door didn't work never staying in that hotel ever again I know the owner very well and I'm pretty sure if he heard what I was told today when i checked out he would definitely fire half of his staff if not all...
