After an extra long day drive, my family and I were looking for somewhere to stop. We called at 12 30 and a lovely woman answered the phone and made sure we were well taken care of, even offering some perks. I have high standards on cleanliness, beds etc and found the bedsheets super soft, the pillows fluffy and the room extremely clean. The food at the small restaurant was great - we had a great breakfast and coffee was so good! All the staff was super super friendly, from housekeeping, front desk to restaurant. It was such a great experience that led me to leave a review. Thank you, Best Western team in Grand falls, for our short but lovely stay.
Nice rooms and very pleasant staff. The pool and hot tube were nice and uncrowded when we went there. We tried the in-house 'restaurant' for dinner - it was disappointing - the spicy crunchy chicken wrap was neither spicy nor crunchy. The goat cheese beet salad was just basic ingredients serviced in a plastic clamshell container, like you'd buy in a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was basic but adequate bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, with juice or coffee.
Great hotel! This is the cleanest best maintained Best Western we have ever been to. We arrived after midnight Aug 5th and the lady on the desk was amazing. The beds are very comfortable and this was so needed after 10 plus hrs on the road. Keep up the great work:
This place in my opinion is over priced for what you are getting.nBest Western plus means you get accommodation +,usually a breakfast.nThis place doesn't give free breakfast when every other best Western plus I have stayed at out east has.nThey also advertise as having a restaurant when at best it's a snack bar.nNot impressed at all.nI wouldn't stay here if I hadn't paid already.
All I can say is the most amazing people work here! The receptionist who checked us in this evening went above and beyond!nnKristine in the kitchen and the chef who helped prep a dinner for our baby as well as my wife and I! Food was delicious and service was the best!nnImmaculately clean rooms and hotel! This hotel is definitely worth stopping into for an overnight rest and a bite to heat!nnHighly recommend!
