Motel La Roma

It's a Motel, good place for an overnight rest spot. Not far off the highway.nFridge and microwave provided.nPool was nice but didn't know where to get pool towels from.nBed was comfortable but only a sheet and bedspread no comforter provided.nA/c worked well and was programmable from the unit. Good and reasonably priced

Everyone from the check-in to the waitress are supper friendly.nThe waitress is informative she explained the menu and made excellent suggestions.nThe chief inquired how the food experience wasnIt was exceptionally well pepaired and the taste was mouth watering.nMy wife and I recommend it without question

Stayed here for the first time otw to NL. It was the only place i could get in the area at the time large enough for family of 5. They have a room with 3 double beds. Its a little rustic but very clean and met all our needs. It has a beautiful setting and the owner when checking in was very nice. I would stay here again. It was a little pricey for a motel..but I understand it was a Friday, 3 beds and in the middle of high season.

The owners are very friendly people. We ate dinner at the on-site diner, and the Indian cuisine was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and the service was top drawer.nThe bad is that the reviews indicate the hotel is exceptional, but it's not the case. The buildings are tired and the rooms could be cleaner. We had a suite, but the washroom was cramped and very dated. Our room was equipped with a jacuzzi tub, but we did not use it as the place could have been cleaner. The window AC worked but rattled so much that we turned it off as we could not sleep. This left us with no window to open, and the room smelled musty. We will not visit here again. Hard to write this review as the owners are such nice people.... It is located a short distance outside Edmunston making it convenient to visit town and the amenities offered. We would recommend the restaraunt if you enjoy Indian food.

We have been visiting La Roma Motel in Edmundston from couple of years,and the services are great.nThe owner has really made efforts to enhance the property.nThe motel itself has a quiet beauty to it, especially being by the river .The room was super clean, and really comfortable.nRani's Kitchen is all one could ask to enjoy a delicious meal . Definitely visiting next Summers
