The best place to stay in and around Alpena. Their friendly staff welcomes you on arrival and gets you taken care of promptly and efficiently. The lobby and other common areas are clean, neat, tidy and inviting. The rooms are very clean and show someone has taken pride in getting it ready for guests...or do they think of their customers more as "family". There's a nice complementary breakfast near the front desk and if you need to get going before the breakfast is put out (as I did today) they'll have a little breakfast go-bag for you. On your next visit to the area I highly recommend you give this place a try. And, no, I'm not a shill for the company. This place actually deserves the compliments.

This place was amazing! Great people! They were always there when you needed them. The rooom was clean the bathroom also! The bed was very comfortable. It had 2 doors, one into the hotel and the other out to the parking lot. The continental breakfast was fresh and hot.

My stay was amazing! My girlfriend and I came up for a family Christmas party and was staying here for a few nights. Cindy was working the night I was checking in and took great care of us when to my surprise I booked for the wrong weekend. There was a empty rooma dn she was able to get everything moved over just fine and it was amazing. We were in a room right across from the pool which my girlfriend loved and the continental breakfast was delicious in the morning. There is no doubt in my mind that ill be staying here again. It was a great experience.

For the price I pay the quality was exceptional. I would have no problem recommending this Hotel to one of my friends or family. It was clean and everything was working. The sheets appear new and so do the towels. Can't complain.

Reservation was very easily handled over the phone. Due to my staying frequently, they have my info. Upon arrival, it roughly takes 10 seconds to check in. Rooms are clean and quiet. All with microwave and refrigerator. TV also gets the weather channel and ESPN of which some places I have stayed at don't. Staff is very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable.
