If you are looking for a family friendly, reasonably priced beautiful place to "de-compress" from the weekly grind, this is it! Free paddle boat, kayak and bikes to use to get out and enjoy the area. Nice just to wake up and take your breakfast basket down to the deck and have your morning coffee. The view and price don't get any better than this. I especially appreciated Ashely's phone call the night before asking if we'd be joining them for dinner the next evening, one less thing to do once we arrived the next day, as we were traveling back from the UP to a family reunion near Churchill Pointe. Rooms are huge! Churchill Pointe has much more character than the average corporate hotel - a great place to make family memories:)

Very tranquil setting. Staff was very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable (need new Mattresses), ice is brought to your room daily, breakfast basket loaded with goodies. Wish it was open for breakfast and/or lunch as there is no place to eat unless you go to town...then slim pickens. Need fridge in the room. Very quiet at night. Lake is pristine. Great fishing. Reasonable prices. Dinner was very good. Very remote which keeps the tourists away. Has a nice patio overlooking the lake.

The hotel was a bit farther back into the woods than expected. Regardless, the room was very nice and cheap. Had no issues whatsoever and the owner even personally met with us to make sure everything was okay. Great view out back to see lake Hubbard and at night the sky is beautiful. Fantastic experience all around.

Went for dinner. The food was delicious, server and staff were very nice. We also had a great view of the lake. Very nice place. would recommend.

Churchill Pointe is a beautiful way to experience Hubbard lake. I've never stayed there myself as my family has a cottage elsewhere on the lake, but the only words I've heard of the accommodations were positive. The food is very well prepared and some dishes showcase local seafood and flavors wonderfully. I had their seared ahi tuna steak which was an excellently prepared steak of sushi grade tuna on a wasabi cream sauce. Perhaps not as local of a flavor but beautifully prepared. With a great view of Hubbard lake Churchill Pointe is certainly worth a visit. And for those of the boating persuasion they have a dock.
