The staff was excellent. The facilities were average. TV remote did not work properly, even after installing new batteries. No HBO, even though we paid for it. Rooms were relatively clean but only one hand towel for two people. Quite except for the construction crew performing maintenance on their equipment at 5 AM. Nice and close to town, easy walk to restaurants.

Loved my stay here. Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. No issues. Would come back again anytime. Update on 12OCT17: Aw hells yeah. Same quality hotel. Restful stay, clean and nice. Great value and helpful staff. Thanks for a great stay.

I stay at the Miner's Inn often when I am travelling the I-5 and have consistently found it to be an oasis at the end of a long day. Dog friendly rooms that open out to a fenced back lawn. Always clean; good wifi; quiet; great staff. Though the bathrooms are starting to look a little tired, they're clean. I can highly recommend this Best Western.

I have done a lot of traveling in my life. I have been to many different states and have stayed in many different hotels. This specific hotel is by far the best Hotel I have ever been to. The place is very quiet, the staff is very nice, outer hotel area is very clean. The hotel itself is very clean and home like.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk lady Sarah is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent to put it lightly. After driving for 5 plus hours, my family and I arrive at the hotel at 2 AM and expect a seamless check in experience. Instead, Sarah tells us she's begun her nightly audit and that they is no way for her to verify our reservations and the we will have to wait for another hour or so before she can check us in. When I attempt to request that she please check us in as I have two children in the car (an infant and a toddler) and that she can verify my reservations with an ID card and my email confirmation, Sarah gets upset and yells at me about how I shouldn't tell her how to do her job. She then tells me to get out of the lobby at that she's calling the police. When the police arrive, I meet them outside and explain to them what transpired between me and her. They tell me they know her and that Sarah is somewhat know in town for her stupidity. The cops go in and ask her to check us in and she refuses. Luckily the cops were kind enough to call a few hotels in the area at 3AM in the morning and end up finding us a room at the holiday inn nearby. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. After this experience, and the customer service I received from Best Western, I'll think twice before staying another night at one of their hotels.
