This hotel was a huge disappointment. We arrived after using Priceline to book our room, had our email with the confirmation number and they could not find us. HUGE HEALTH RISK now to talk about. My husband went to the ice machine to get ice and black chunks which looked like black mold came out and we told the manager. Imagine if you didn't notice that and your child ingested that? Huge danger. The pool looked cloudy and the hot tub had cloudy brown color. Then in the morning when we were getting ready to leave there was no coffee or some sort of breakfast. As we stood in line for the time trying to check in, people kept coming to the front desk with other complaints. I will never stay there again.

The staff at Best Western is very amicable and the facility was very clean! The front desk made check in and check out and easy process. The house keepers did a great job cleaning the room when I was out and brought towels right away when I requested them! I would definitely stay here again when I return to Mankato!

Very clean! Staff wonderful and helpful! Fantastic! pool was very warm! Game area and free breakfast! Made me sad that more people were not here enjoying it!

I think a 3 is being generous. Anyway, my family and I came down to visit some family and they suggested that we stay here. My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool but we were quickly disspointed when the swimming pool was warmer then the hot tub. The hot tub was freezing. Had no jets working, and has no dial or button to turn the Jets on. We had a nice time in the pool tho. The pool are wasn't the cleanest either. We paid for a room with two QUEEN size beds but wwew given two full or maybe twin size. Sorry but if we are going to pay over $100 to stay one night it would be nice to get what we actually paid for and expected. Definitely won't be staying here next time we come down. :(

Comfortable room with firm mattress. Pretty indoor pool which we did not use. Within a mile of several good places to eat. Near Mankato bike trails. Helpful friendly personnel. Typical pretty good Best Western breakfast with good strong coffee.
