Days Inn Mankato

It is a clean place which was nice. The loby had a very strong cury oder. The pool was being renovated, the owner said it will be ready tomorrow. However the area was full of construction stuff and a guy was still there tiling when were checked in at 7:30pm and there was no water in the pool. Walls are super thin, every time the people walked up stairs you could hear every step. The room heater works very well it got very warm in the room, but also ment it was very dry as well. Beds were comfy sheets were clean, bathroom was updated and looked nice.

Staff accommodated a late check-out as per my request, pool and hot tub were comfortable. The bed and pillows were nice. Start the fridge when getting a room, the staff turn them off when cleaning to keep the freezer s from ice build up and the fridge clean. My only suggestion would be more airflow before guests arrive, the air was a bit stale. Turning on the fan to continuous freshened up the room air. I will stay again.

Unprofessional and rude management. The policies online differ from those at the location I was charged for things that were stated as free online. Staff were consistently no where to be found and when they were found they were in the laundry room on their personal cell phones. It's just a very unprofessional place all around. We will never stay at Days Inn again and absolutely will not recommend them to any friends or family.

Daysinn Mankato was fairly nice. Did take a while to get my room though. If your company pays for the hotel make sure they send the information on the card they pay it with

The location was good. Out dated equipment in room. Carpet wad strained in our room. Refrigerator in our room was frosted over, no knob in refrigerator to adjust.
