River Hills Hotel

Well I've staying here for going on 3 months, Have had NO TV service for 4 days now told front desk and all they can say we'll get maintenance over, today the General Manager said she would be in tonight to fix it, that was at 5 it's now 10 , for $2200 a month and when the GM doesn't keep her word, time to move out.

Overall very please... the cleaning side could have been a bit better, we found 2 grape on the floor, small popcorn pieces and a very sticky spot on the carpet. We found the dishwasher not unloaded which answered the question where the silverware and extra dishes where. But the room worked great with our family of 5... mom, dad, 10yo boy, 8yo girl and 4yo boy.... 2 bed with a hida-bed. We didn't feel like it was ickey or anything. Overall it just made a 4 star mark from us... so would we stay again, and would we recommend it?... oh yes! Great price, good breakfast, felt safe. Service was very nice.

Came in town for a marathon and the person at the head desk laughed at me when I asked for a late check out. Ants in the bathroom. Holes in the couch. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes

This is my new favorite place in Mankato. We visit Mankato a number of times throughout the year and once i found this place last year i won't go anywhere else. We stayed this last weekend for Vikings training camp and hanging at the hotel is not usually the fun part of the trip. I love that the rooms have kitchens, the variety of breakfast keeps me going until my friends wake up and sitting out back grilling or playing ring toss is perfect for tailgating practice. The lobby chairs are comfy enough to sleep in while watching golf and the staff is really accommodating.

Customer service was horrible. I tried for 20 minutes to call the front desk and was hung up on twice. Wouldn't know how nice the hotel is, went elsewhere...
