Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mankato East

I have always had great experiences at holiday inns (travel frequently for work), but the staff here takes the cake for most friendly! Every staff I met greeted guests with smiles and genuine kindness. The lobby is adorably decorated for Halloween right now, which makes it feel even more home-y. Clean and comfortable. 👍

Nice facility. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone needing a room in the Mankato area.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly as always. No issues with checkin or out. I wish the Holiday Inn Expresses would provide a better breakfast.

We stayed in a suite and the room was nice. I like that for breakfast they have other options besides pork for those who won't eat pork like myself. I like the fact that they have a kiddy pool, huge hot tub, and a swimming pool too! I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for house keeping. On two separate days they came and asked if I needed anything and I said "yes". They cleaned and restocked the restroom but didn't bother to make the bed much less change the sheets and we were here for 1 week! On the last day I had to tell my son to go tell them to vacuum (she walked out but I thought she was going to come back and didn't) since I have a baby that crawls and it hadn't been vacuumed at all since we were here. I mean we are paying over $100 a night I think the cleaning could be done better. When my son went to ask if they could vacuum he said he saw the lady making the bed in another room, why didn't she make it in ours TWO days in a row?

Rooms were clean. Staff was very courteous, friendly as accommodating. Breakfast was about what you'd expect, always ready on time and never had to wait on anything to be refilled. I would definitely stay there again.
