Best Friend Restaurant

The restaurant is decently decorated. The seating is well set and comfortable. They have a pretty nice range of food menu and some seasonal promotions. The price is right, too. Service is friendly and efficient. The presentation of dishes is pretty nice, too. The restaurant opens until 8:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and will close at 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Friday and weekends. If you would also like to try, you have to be early.

Our favourite spot. The food is fast, fresh and amazing. The only thing that makes this food better is the expirence. The staff is hard working never stop walking around to check up on us and extremely pleasant and freindly. We were there for a family dinner, will return very soon! Thank you for a great evening out.

Good and tasty food, very flavourful and good sizes lates, fast service. It’s good that they have some pictures on the menu, makes it easy to chose a dish. Would come there again and recommend to friends.

Ordered take-out from this restaurant for our office lunch yesterday. My colleagues praised all the dishes we had. They were fresh, flavourful and top quality. This was my first taste of Cantonese food in Canada from 20 years ago, and their dishes are still my top favourites until now.Food: 5/5

After 10+ years of not coming back here, I thought it would be different, I was deeply wrong. My experience here with my family was super poor. Waitress took our order less than 10 minutes, but we waited for more than 30 minutes for food to appear on our table. Never checked on us once for tea refills or notified when the dishes were ready. A table of 4 with KIDS left because the speed of their cooking was terrible. The dishes were not up to it's standards at all! For example, stir fried beef with mushrooms wasn't even sizzling hot. If we did not complain to how come the dishes weren't done, I bet they wouldn't give their attention to us at all. Highly disappointed, did not tip at all because they did not deserve it. Only apologize to us when we went to pay, otherwise they wouldn't have cared honestly. Overall, please strongly fix your cooking speed and your customer service skills or else no one will be coming back to order anymore. Won't be returning any time soon to this restaurant.

Forst time here. Sorry no pics of the food. Staff is competent but not overly attentive. Food makes up for it though. Portion sizes are decent and taste is good! Restaurant isa bit smaller so during busy times there may be a wait for a table. Compared to some other Chinese restaurants the flavour here is pretty decent and I liked it. I would definitely return for dine in or take out even! I also do recommend to those who like Chinese food to check this place out!

Terrible service. Waited almost two hours for 3 dishes. One of the dishes was a bowl of green vegetables, and it was the last time to come out. How does it take that long to prepare food? On top of that, the food was horrendous, so the wait was not even worth it. The best part, we even had to wait an additional few minutes for the machine to pay.

We stopped going to this restaurant quite a while ago because of the bad service. Decided to give it one more try, the restaurant wasn't very busy for a Saturday afternoon but we waited almost 45' to get our 3 dim sum items. Another half an hour we already finished our dim sum and our other 2 items for lunch were not served yet. We had to cancel our order & leave, the service is bad & all the lady at the counter said was "sorry". Guests at table nearby had the same problem and were upset too. They gave me a sign of agreement when we left & said "we'll never go back here ever again". The price is expensive 6.99 + tax for each item, the portion is small for shrimp ha cao they use chopped small pieces of shrimp- while other restaurants serve whole shrimps. I will never come here and don't recommend it.
