Szechuan Noodle Bowl

A nice little local restaurant serving some delicious Szechuan style dishes. Flavour is excellent but a little too salty for my liking. Lots of options but not overwhelming. Prices are reasonable for the portions. I would definitely come back but ask them to go lighter on the salt.

Tried the special handmade beef noodle. I think the noodle is spinach based as it was green. Broth was very flavourful. Not very spicy. Good portion size, plenty of noodles but could be better if they give more meat. Worth coming back for sure to try the other dishes. Service was fast, place is clean. Plenty of parking and people are nice

I had the spicy hand cut noodle soup with beef and cucumbers. The noodles were perfectly chewy, the meat was very tender, and the bok Choy was cooked perfectly. Cucumbers were amazing, sweet, sour, garlicky and a good accompaniment to the fatty oily soup. Soup broth has way too much chili oil, so it’s not super rich in flavour. I added the cucumber juice to the broth while eating and it tasted much better highly recommend that. Everything tasted fresh. Over all I would come back to try different dishes because you can tell they care about the food.

This is almost the best Szechuan cuisine restaurant in the area. Every dish we ordered has very legit taste and good presentation, and the potion is pretty decent. The employees are friendly. It'll definitely be our go to place of Szechuan cuisine.

Good place to get Chinese food! Flavorful, generous portion, good service, affordable, what more you can ask for? I was actually worried the food was going to be spicy however the taste was perfectly fine! I’m impressed with the stirred fried noodles with chicken, although it sounds like a simple dish but I certainly can feel the noodles actually absorb the flavor to the fullest! The only dish less impressed was the deep fried spicy potato, was a little too normal for me. Overall, I definitely will be visiting again!

Went out with my brother and my boyfriend for dinner and honestly some of the best food I've ever had and I've had a lot! Big portions, super flavourful and many menu options. I had enough food left over for another meal. Our server JT was super accommodating and funny! Definitely recommend and I know we will be back.

Would give it 6 stars if I could. Willing to drive through 401 rush hour just for this gem. Their Szechuan dry noodles are out of this world in terms of taste, portion, and pricing. Also got beef lung with chilly oil which was delicious aswell. I HIGHLY recommend anyone craving noodles to go here.

We weren’t sure what “spiced dry lettice root” would be, but glad we took the gamble! It’s that brownish looking thing in the photos, and damn it was delicious. If you want your Szechuan fix, you can’t go wrong going here. Prices are reasonable, portions are fair. Food is good! Perfect for a cold day.

Pork Dan Dan noodles were fantastic. Definitely returning. Edit Oct 4- I ordered the spicy beef handmade noodles A02 via Skip. I was anticipating something flavourful, rich and spicy, as per various reviews. The broth was light, though oily, not very flavourful and certainly not spicy. I ended up adding soy and hot sauce to heighten the taste. You could tell the noodles were homemade but not remarkable. The beef was okay too, some fatty, tender bits and others were quite tough. I’d rate it a 6/10. That said, the portion was larger than I was expecting; it was a very filling dish. I still stand by my previous review on the Dan Dan noodles though, those are awesome.

It looked intimidating with how spicy it looked but actually had no spice or kick to it at all. Other than that very yummy!
