It has always been the forefront of K.Y.B.B. and the basis of their success. I still shop there for essential oils and Pedango Foot Cream (the necessity of a healthy relationship as I see it). Have recently made a change in my life to be more health and fitness oriented. A friend told me about this place as a good resource to get fitness products and wellness products. Excellent selection and competitive prices. The owner cashed us out, he was knowledgeable and courteous. I will be a repeat customer and advise anyone starting their journey into a healthier lifestyle to visit this store.

I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and have back pain as a result. I found a couple of items online which lead me to discover Know Your Body Best. I always enjoy browsing through the showroom and could spend hours there. I’m always able to find something new and exciting and the staff are always friendly and smiling. I just received an email letting me know they’ve updated their website, and I love it, plus I can browse anytime!
