Let me tell you about this restraunt. I think that if you want Bubble Tea, there isn't a worse place to go! I ordered a Strawberry Peach milk tea and a Lemon Grape tea, and I have never been more disappointed. I waited over 40 minutes for my drinks, so let's review. At the 15 minute mark I was told my drink was 'on the way' At the 25 minute mark, the cashier who took my order handed me two drinks that were completly diffrent. Instead of Strawberry peach and Lemon Grape, I recieved a Mango milk tea and a Pomelli drink. At the 30 minute mark, the cashier again insisted that she had 'given' me my drinks despite me telling her it was incorrect. At the 40 minute mark, the family of two and family of four respectively and TWO delivery drivers all got their orders first despite ordering after me. At the 45 minute mark, a diffrent staff member asked what my drinks were and began make it. At the 50 minute mark I recived my Lemon Grape drink and an incorrect drink. Instead of a Strawberry-Peach milk tea I receieved Milk in a cup.

Very yummy Bubble Tea! A bit different than other places, the bubble tea we got was not very sweet but that actually made it better, as sometimes bubble tea can be too sweet! Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered from Doordash. A mango pudding, a coconut pudding and the Oolong one. Ended up not sending one of the items and still charging for it. The other two we received were very small and not tasty. Not ordering again

The mango pomelo sago had a lot of fruit in it but the liquid had little flavor. That might have been from ordering at 50% sweetness. It tasted like it had 1%. Definitely order it at full sweetness. Service was friendly.Food: 4/5

Relatively busy location. Ordered their . Would recommended to get it with the full sweetness so the pomelos bitterness doesn't overpower the drink. They didn't skimp on the pomelo, mango slush and sago justifying the almost $8 price. This would be a good occasional drink

I ordered a caramilk cheese tea today. Highly recommended, it comes with flambe caramel and cheese cover. I dont think this tea can live without brown sugar pearls, if they can make it as original topping that will be better.Food: 5/5

Went there for their Da Hong Pao black tea + milk + brown sugar pearl and jasmine green tea today. Tea tasted very authentic and brown sugar pearls are done right with perfect chewyness . The two store staff are very friendly and make you feel like you've entered a friend's house for tea! Overall great bbt and great staff.

if you looking for okay product, then maybe you can go this place, but don’t expect a service like at all, no smile, not even eye contact, and when i said thank you, not even replied, she ignored me and talk with other customer, and there was no 100 meter long queue, just me and other customer. so yeah, theres always 1st and never back again : but product was okay. so, it’s a nice bubble tea shop with zombie server

Today, I went there for the first time & I loved their customer service. I have had brown sugar bubble tea from so may places but never had one like this one. It was perfect in all ways. I loved it. This is my go to place from now onwards. I would definitely recommend this place for original bubble tea

Ordered thru Ubereats. super disappointed with the flavor.. so blend. I chose full sugar for 2, and 75% for the other 2. How come all of them are so unsweetened? These were the worst bubble tea ever. It should not be even called as a bubble tea.
