Average bubble tea. There are many better bubble tea options right next door. What is worst though is the very slow service. There were 2 staff members only 1 was making the waffles and only one at a time and moving very slowly with no urgency. Waffles were overcooked. Attendant didn't apologise or give an update on the food.

Just noticed that this place has finally opened for business when walking home from work. Service was friendly and they had $1 off bubble teas and waffles. BBT was ready pretty quick but the waffle took a little longer, as they were made to order Like many bbt places, they allow you to customize the amount of sugar and ice in your drink. My standard bbt order of passion fruit tea with half sugar, no ice was still a tad too sweet for myself. Must go with 30% next time. The original bubble waffle was delicious warm I have a feeling once this place gets busy, you may be waiting for your bubble waffles for a while; I only saw two waffle irons behind the counter and the shop will be offering bubble waffle sundaes soon. They are still working out the logistics as it was their first? day, but in the meantime, I'm going to take advantage of the $1 discount off drinks during this heat wave!

This is more of a pick up and go sort of a bubble tea place as they have no tables and very limited seating. That said, they do have some really interesting options available. Their strawberry milk tea was absolutely delicious! They have a few specials, which have a marshmallow cat or a kitten paw on top, which aren't anything to write home about as such, but look really adorable!

Had to give this place a try. I ordered the "princess kitten" milk tea, with grass jelly - it was on point and tasted great. The staff are super friendly, and patient. I'd definitely go back to try the Oreo milk tea next time.

I've been ordering TTOB at work for a couple months now and they've yet to disappoint anyone here yet. The teas and bubble waffles are a hit, and they always send a bonus item when we do big orders! Love this place!

Taste: 6/10 Value: 6/10 Ordered Black tea with milk foam on discount that day - difficult to drink as no lid given. They offered to seal it and punch a hole which I opted not to do. Mr. Mustache gives a much better lid to drink these cheese foam drinks. Taste was ok. I like Mr. M more Egg waffles: good! Would order again! Tried their green milk tea and I was so disappointed. They charge the same price or even higher as big franchises like Chatime, but the quality of the drinks are not comparable. Plus service is slow and unprofessional.

Today went to try their bubble waffle. Although the staff was very nice, unfortunately the waffle was overcooked. Drinks are OK, but not as fresh as i expected. Price is above average but based on the taste of the waffle and pearl, not even reasonable for me. Sorry guys, two stars

As a bubbletea shop in Richmond you only get once to impress your customers. Unfortunately they failed to do that... milk foam bubble tea... out of stock green tea bubble tea... no green tea left regular bubble tea... no pearls left the fruit tea can't remember the name... no fruit tea We were going to order 5 drinks in total but walked out with just 1, given the options. Yes it was pretty late on a Sunday 6:30 p.m. but they should have had pearls and green tea in stock. Their black tea drink was average and it was priced a tad higher than competitors. On the plus side, their staff seemed friendly.
