The Brick - Niagara Falls

Not happy that I had to sign up once again for a brick card after I just did this not even 6 months ago. I understand a business needs to shop around for good deals for financing but this is crazy.

After sale customer care and customer satisfaction is non existent at this particular location. They offered to do nothing on a accessories​ set purchase made with a mattress. I wasn't looking to make a return or exchange. They couldn't give any additional information that I didn't already know about the product or were any specific warranty details talked about and given on the actual product. I had base my decision on getting the mattress protector set on what my sale rep mentioned at the time. There are no noticeable difference unlike it was said.

Great customer service from Ryan We purchased 4 appliances from Ryan. I went in on a Saturday to view them. He was very helpful. A major competitor didn't even acknowledge my daughter and | were in the store even though there was no one else in there. When I brought my husband back on the Sunday Ryan spent lot of time making sure that they price matched the items from the other store. He even added one the following day that we found on sale. All the appliances were delivered on the days promised within the time given.

Purchased a bedroom set and the hardware for the headboard and 12 of the dresser knobs were missing. Pay a hefty price for delivery and then they expect you to wait for missing items and go to the store to pick them up yourself.
