Friendly and attentive staff! I believe I was assisted by Roxanne and Melanie. I also needed advice on buying film for my reusable camera and Melanie took the time to explain the different films available which I really appreciated.

Received amazing service this past week from Benoit, who took the time and care to answer all of my questions upon entering the store. Highly recommend asking for him on your next visit, you will not be disappointed!

Great place to buy a camera with super passionate and knowledgeable staff. They have surprisingly good specials on just the right stuff, beating out best buy and Amazon on the camera I wanted at least.

This is a review of the online store for Gosselin Photo. This company has gained a negative advocate and someone who will never shop again for it's poor customer service, policies and shipping practices. Imagine for a moment you want to buy a present for a loved one. You buy it well enough in advance to get it in time especially given that the company you are buying it from fulfills it from is close, they ship it late, but that's fine because you buy it early enough. It arrives with the wrong mount. Not even close unless somehow Pentax decided to go back in time, merge with Konica Minolta after they merged, abandon their successful mount and adopt the failing one. One would think if you could go back in time you would do something of value to society, but I digress. Now you're in a situation where you need a replacement sent out that day, so you contact customer service and explain the situation. First, they don't believe you until they inadvertently prove your point it is slightly alarming that the CS Rep doesn't know that Pentax's lens mount is the K-Mount. At which point they offer a replacement finally! but you need to ship it back to them and they need to receive it first. Well doesn't that defeat the point. Hey there, happy birthday, here's your new camera and....no lens! You'll have to wait a week. Well done. Then the chat gets ended so I call. There's no phone number on the website, so I call a store and apparently they can't help so I am provided yet another phone number to call. The only person who answers is the same person I was on chat with who goes on to tell me there's nothing that can be done as and I actually heard them say "it's hard, we're a big company maybe if we were smaller we could do it". Take a minute and think about what kind of company culture you have to have to say something like that to a customer. Oof. Well then, I suppose as a "big company" you will have no problem with me taking my business to a "small company" who actually gives a shred of a care for their customers. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Support a true little guy because this company clearly got too big to care about what made them big. The digital camera market is rapidly shrinking, something that I hope changes but hopefully in that process places that treat their customers like this get what they deserve.

I love going to Gosselin Photo. Every time I go everyone is so helpful. On my last visit, Martin Deland was the one helping me out with all the questions I had about my camera, equipment and several photography questions that I had. You could tell that he is a very passionate photographer and loves helping people. I highly recommend Gosselin Photo and I highly recommend you ask for Martin.

Good selection of products, price is decent. Service is hit and *update* Been back Laval store a few times including today. Served by a super nice young rep named Jean-Thomas Philippe. Very impressed by his professionalism. I recommend them completely.

I came here fo a passport photo, I was served by Melanie, she was very professional and efficient with great care to details. The store is amazing and has a lot of interesting products.

Louis Charles Bourgeois and Muriel gave us excellent service. Louis Charles really knows his stuff and went the extra mile to find the problem and fix it. What a joy to deal with someone like that.

Benoit received us and gave the solution two other technology stores weren’t able to answer or gave an inaccurate solution. Definitely recommend him! Good job.
