Keenan helped my me today. I got a phone plan, it's a great deal with a used but great condition iPhone. All used phones get a one year warranty, and my phone case and screen cover have a warranty to cover any damage. It's a great way to save money when purchasing a phone and they have great plans. Keenan is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend going to see these guys.

If you want excellent professional advice and service go to Mobile Klinik Mid Island Nanaimo. I highly recommend them. Adhi was really helpful, he showed me several different options to choose from. All of the staff that assisted me were friendly and Knowledgable. They sure know their stuff, when they weren’t sure, they asked their manager to double check. That means a lot to me, they have integrity.

Very helpful, I called ahead, and the rep informed me of what I could easily do myself, as well as an option to call back or to come in. I really appreciated that honestly and transparency, I would definitely trust my phone related issues to this place. Ps: I had contacted a couple other places prior, and didn’t get anywhere, didn’t get any help. Almost turned away at some places because I think they just “couldn’t be bothered”, but that was not the case here. My iPhone had stopped charging with my cord and must’ve been dirty. I couldn’t see the dirt but they confirmed it was dirty and cleaned it for me.Excellent service and prices were very reasonable. Since I purchased something while there they didn’t even charge me for cleaning it.
