I was impressed by the courteous and speedy service. They replaced the broken glass on my wife’s iPhone 5s within an hour and a half and the cost was as quoted. Thanks Lexi and staff, you did a great job. I’d recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

I brought my Apple watch in about a month ago and the guy actually fixed it right in front of me! and at no charge. My repair was apparently minor but it prevented it from working and I was stumped. They seem to know what they are doing there for sure. Great customer service too. Prices are competitive but not bad.

Great service, super professional. Empathetic techs ready to help and get the repairs done as soon as possible. The prices are upfront and they are really courteous. I'll be back if I have another damaged device.

Great service and really helpful both as in their inventory when you need a part replacement and technical service capabilities. Specially Boris there can understand the exact needs or wants for your device! I’ve visited the store 3 times now and each time it was the fastest and the most efficient technical help that I’ve experienced in Nanaimo.

Great experience! I appreciated how fast it was to drop off my Mac to be diagnosed. The technician called me with his findings quickly. I like that they don’t charge to diagnose, unlike other places. I’ll recommend them to friends and family for sure.
