Excellent and trustworthy service. I took my netbook in because it was not charging. Everyone I spoke with were knowledgeable, patient and explained everything clearly. They kept me updated on the progress and even saved me some money! It was nice to talk and hand my netbook directly to the people at the store instead of shipping it in a box to some distant company to fix it.

Phenomenonal and honest staff, fast and efficient. I dropped off my pc not really knowing what was going on and they periodically called me to keep me updated and always confirmed with me before doing any additional work. Will definitely use again.

I had a great experience using this company for my cracked screen. My screen was completely shattered, and they fixed it to look almost new, and they placed a shatter-proof glass over top as well so that it won't break again! When I later noticed a small aesthetic issue, I took it back to Infinican and they were so quick to help me. The phone was hand-delivered to me just a few hours later to my place of work, and the issue had been fixed as well. I was very satisfied with the overall level of customer support and service. Thank you so much for fixing my phone!
