Me and my fiance went here to set up our wedding gift registry and were blown away with the amazing customer service we got. They don't just have a kiosk or a computer you go and set up your registry at on your own, you go in talk to and employee and they sit you down and set it all up for you right there. They talk to you about options giving you ideas that you might not have thought about. They take through the store and touch on all the different things you would want to add to your registry. They really care about making about you. We did ours with Becky and it was an amazing experience. I would definitely refer you to her if you are thinking about going and setting up a gift registry at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Never reviewed anything before but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Long haired man flirting with another female employee blew us off when we had a question if they had a certain pillow stocked. His response was, "Oh we don't ship those to Alaska" and then continued flirting with his coworker with us to the side. We then left empty handed. Went to the other Bed Bath and Beyond store and they promptly found the pillow we were asking about.

The manager Teresa is extremly professional and patient with her customers. Very knowledgeable on what works best brands to buy. Vana helped me all the way through pick out the best things.
