AEO & Aerie Store

Unfortunately google doesn't give me the option to give them Zero stars. I went into there today to return a pair of jeans. After standing in line for about 10 minutes the cashier asked the girl standing in the line next to me if she could help her knowing that I had been standing there well before her. After speaking up and saying that I was in line prior to her the cashier looked at the other girl and said im sorry sweetie, and looked at me smugly. From that point on she was completely rude to me asking me to repeat my address about 5 times. I’m sorry that you don’t speak English very well but that’s not my problem you’re in America last time I checked. The rest of the employees here are rude as well with one girl walking around aimlessly behind the register knowing full well there is a huge line of people waiting. Needless to say this store will not be getting my business ever again and I will be definitely be spreading the word for others to go to the 5th Avenue store instead.

First off I know that employees are suppose to greet customers as they walk in the door but it seems that %50 of the time I go in there, the employees are to busy talking with each other or their friends who have no interest in buying the clothes. I have waited at the stupid fitting rooms for about 10 mins before they actually gave me a frickin room. Its not all the employees just a handful so when i see them working now, i avoid going in because im sick of the bull s*** customer service they try to provide even tho its worthless and a waste of time

They have awesome clothes thee pppl r nice at some of the american eagle places
