Great store. Good service. The lady that helped us yesterday was super nice. Found exactly what we were looking for and got a lot of information on products. Unlike Babies r us, people in this store know exactly what they are talking about.

The lady in the store has no Sence how to talk to her customers . She made me feel horrible because I came here to return my stuff.She actually called a liar . Forget the return , she opened the stuff herself while I was looking around for other stuff , she could have been the one who broke the packaging which I didn’t care to check at that time . But she is so smart to blame others. The way she spoke it all makes sence now . Good job , I would never want my near and dear ones to shop at this place . I gave one star because I couldn’t give a negative ..

Pothetic owner, very rude does not know how to talk to customers. I went their for returning the stuff which was received as gift. In return, she bluntly refuse to refund or give store vouchers and when asked for reason she said i am the owner and can't return this because i will not be able to sell this.

Paid for a baby stroller in full, in advance, based on the expected delivery date for the product being before our child was born. When it was announced that the stroller would not be available until months after the expected delivery date, we tried to repeatedly get in touch with the store staff to see what options were available to us. Multiple calls asking for clarification were not returned and we were left hanging for about a week and a half, however eventually we were told that a refund would be possible. While asking for this in writing via an email, I was practically laughed at by staff however it was provided to me upon an in-store visit. Upon asking for the refund two weeks later, we were told that the store did not have the funds on hand and it would take them some time to collect it. We were eventually refunded after offering to be paid back in installments. The process that started with smiles from everyone, ended with frustration and disappointment on our part due to a severe lack of communication from Kelly Green.
