Starbucks

The girl who served me was very rude and inefficient the whole time..plus I've never had a worse decaf coffee at Starbucks. Maybe it was just this one person but from reading other reviews, there seems to be a problem with this place. We pay so much for a coffee, I'd expect to have top notch service and quality product to go with it. The Second Cup across the street always have friendly, bubbly staff. I've been going there for years and I have nothing bad to say about them or their coffee ☺️! Go there instead!

Cozy place, not enough seating, when students sit there for hours studying on their laptops and you come in for a cup of coffee with friends, as there is a fair chance you won't find a place to sit down. Awesome coffee though, which you would expect from Starbucks.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - drive thrue is fast and efficient - staff is friendly and patient - always a nice place to study or meet someone - nice terasse in the summer time - free parking around the shop - fresh and always tasty !!!! If not, they will gladly replace it with no attitude ! Unlike other starbucks ...

Bathroom was not clean at all and the conditions of the store were not much better. I ordered 3 drinks and 8 people who ordered after me (plus 7 cars in the drive through) were served their order before I did. This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in not only North America but Quebec itself (much lower bar)
