The UPS Store

Awful customer service, store owner doesn’t know how to properly do his job and argued for a good 15 minutes for absolutely no reason I simply said “You should know how to check an ID”, if you own a ups store you should be aware that any address modification on Quebec drivers license are put on a sticker on the back of it. (I placed my order under my mother’s name, who shares the same address as me, anyone with the same address on a piece of IF can pick up your package for you, and I also offered to call her up and have her come all the way to the store since he was denying me service)He raised his voice at me and was talking in a tone as if I was trying to steal my own package. I was happy to provide another piece of ID but I had to direct him on how it is properly checked. This is not my job to do as a customer nor is it necessary for him to deny me my package for 15 minutes and argue. The customer should always be right, this is a policy especially since I have provided everything necessary the rest is his job. I have also filled a complaint with ups directly, since this kind of behaviour from a store owner should not be accepted or tolerate.

I have been a customer for many years and I have always been very happy with the service. Shirley & Jean are both very courteous and professional. The store is always clean and fully stocked with supplies.

I have a mailbox there and have been a customer for years now. The customer service is always on point, staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.

I have a mailbox here and I absolutely love it. I have peace of mind knowing my mail is 100% secure and that any bigger items can be signed for in my place when I'm away during the winter. It's a relatively small fee for such a great service.
