Love these hikes. I come here to relax, workout, and just feel good, especially after a bad day - great place to enjoy nature. Love trekking the hogs back.

We drove up from Durham to find snow and were very happy that the forest still had plenty for a spring like ski in January. Really well marked trails. Always a great time.

Warning: Stone road trail is about 30 cm to 45 cm wide with extensive overgrowth of poison ivy on either side of walking path. Easy walking trail for families including young children.

Great trails. Well marked and maintained. Lots of variety in routes. Excellent place to run, walk, bike and just breathe.
