Just purchased a used RV from Don the GM. He personally spent an hour with me doing an inspection of the unit and discusing what to look for in terms of issues. Then he went on to discuss what the dealership still has to do to the unit before releasing it to the customer. Finally I had a tour of the operation as well as introductions to the staff. All I can say is "Wow!" to the customer experience. This RV dealership has a real passion for client care.

I had two repairs done this summer at BCRV. I first went there after speaking with Shelley which I felt confident to work with as she listens to your concerns and is understanding. It is the same for rest of their staff like Joe, the parts and service manager, he will look first at your unit once you arrive to find out out if a quick fix could do it. They have a new team in place and are building quality relationship instead of relying on volume for business like the big RV dealers. The first problem was an electric malfunction and a propane loose connection which were repaired for a reasonable price. They quickly found the issue (a pinched electrical wire). The second repair was about a misaligned bed railing that was strucked. Not only they fix it, but found the cause; the poles were wrongly identified (rear not front). When I arrive to pick it up, they show me how to proper set it up. They put it up to show me the repair. They answered patiently my questions. I felt the mechanics were involved too in discussions and everyone were courteous. They are experienced and know their stuff. The jobs were done meticulously. For those reasons, I would not hesitate to go back if needed.
