He has gone out of his way time and time again to answer any questions I have long after buying the vehicle and is so incredibly accommodating. I came to him with a sticky situation and he never made me feel pressured, he was responsible and kind consistently. I am on the road for business and decided to stop in to charge. I don’t know this charger was in car dealership so I was hesitant to use it as I am not a current customer of theirs. I got out of my car and was immediately warmly welcomed by a product specialist from VW named Darren Kromrey. We exchanged pleasantries and he wanted to make sure I started my charging ok what awesome service for a non-customer. I couldn’t get the charger to start so he offered to help me. After a few moments, Darren got me charging. He then offered me to come inside to have a free drink of water or tea or to use the washroom. I am very impressed with his level of attention despite that I am not a customer. He made sure I was comfortable and he offered more refreshments in case I changed my mind. For a specialist to spend so much time on me when I wasn’t here to buy speaks volume of Darren’s helpful nature. Although I am not buying a car today, I would choose Darren in the future based on his friendliness and his efforts to help a non-customer on his busy day. Thank you, Darren!

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Derren on the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Super no pressure sales style which I really appreciate as I’m in the auto industry as well. His follow up and response times were excellent and he was very accommodating to my needs. I’d say he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase and although I’m not the easiest customer to deal with and am hard to please he was still very professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family which is a big deal as I know many people in the industry and he is honestly one of the best.
