Customer service dropped off a cliff. Began speaking to them asking questions about a manufactured home purchase. Eventually we decided none of the plans were exactly what we wanted but were advised they could customize a plan as much as we liked. I was initially told the architectural drawings for our custom plan would take two weeks and that they'd been sent to the relevant people to complete. I kept emailing asking for updates after more than two weeks passed and I'd received nothing, and was only told when I inquired then that there were delays and it would take longer. Finally after three months of back and forth following up as we still hadn't gotten anything, they stopped responding to my emails altogether. After that we took our business elsewhere and put down a deposit with a different manufactured home dealer within the month. Nine months later and we have yet to hear a word from this company about the plans they supposedly were getting for us. Would not recommend anyone use this company as they don't actually fulfill what was promised even from the earliest stages.

I asked many questions during past 1 yr. The people there are always nice and patient and answered all my questions. Excellent service indeed! I am trying to get mortgage to buy one. Not a good time to get mortgage though! :

The best customer service! Always available and answer emails and calls quickly. Stacey helped me and went way over and above to find information and get answers. Everyone there was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always making educated suggestions and working to make it cost effective. I would suggest Quality Manufactured Homes to everyone. I have known and interacted with this Company for the past 25 plus years. I have found them to be knowledgeable, and well informed of the product they sell. They stand behind their homes and are genuinely interested in making sure you are satisfied customers. Chris Wood is a pleasure to work with and I have enjoyed doing business with him. If shopping for a home, I would highly recommend Quality Homes!

This is an honest company owners who are in the business for decades. Best quality and service not like others out there who are deceiving their clients by offering dealer warranty rather than the manufacturer warranty. There is a big difference as the dealer will make every excuse not to fulfill the warranty and leave you stranded. More importantly, some other dealers offer just the home price and misinform the client about the transport and setup costs. After concluding the deal the poor customer will eventually find out that the prices of transport and set up are considerably much higher to complete there home. Please be aware of the foregoing when deciding to buy, I didn't know all of this in the beginning but I usually search deep to know or understand all the choices available. Finally, don't let the dealer quote the price without add the PST Tax. Most of them tend to quote you the price without it so that you feel he is giving you the best price while it is the opposite

Extremely vague when it came to pricing.. almost flat out refused to put a price on anything. Making you feel as though you need to expose your maximum budget so they can take advantage and charge you as much as they can. The lady there definitely needs to work on her customer service and learn to actually take people serious. Would not recommend. The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is because I have to.

I have delt with Chris Wood many times now and he has proven to be an honest up front person. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Quality Homes to any one looking for a manufactured home.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative with all our questions. We will return to them when we are ready to purchase.

Their new Sales Manager Chris is so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I would recommend asking for him if you are looking for a modular.
