So my wife teases me for how much research I do, and how long it takes me to land on a decision. However, if you are looking for a quality built, fiberglass trailer/camper- you are NOT going to beat Escape. Best value for the money. Best bang for buck trailer you can buy. High quality single piece fibreglass means no leaks!. Very well built and will last a lifetime if you look after it. Tonnes of customization options when you order to make it your own. We have the mini 5th Wheel - Escape 5.0, only 21ft long! Easy to tow and the short length means you have a lot more options on where to camp. Although it's short it's still roomy inside. I'm 6'1, and have plenty of 'head clearance' inside the trailer, including the wet bathroom and I can sit up in bed. After sales support is also great. In an industry sorely lacking in quality products and customer service, Escape Trailers is one of the few manufacturers to stand out.

Initial Post: We recently purchased a 2023 Escape 21C to replace our 2009 Escape 17. We loved the design, engineering, and quality of our first Escape. Unfortunately, we've had quality issues with our new trailer. The furnace quit working the first night camping, which was the day we picked up our new trailer. The furnace then worked fine for a while, but then quit working again on our next camping trip. We've has multiple problems with our new trailer, which is only one month old. I've replaced multiple cabinet door latches that don't latch, and screws that were over-torqued and just fell out. Also, the latch on our exterior storage compartment bent severely while driving on the interstate. The photos speak for themselves. We're hoping we don't continue to have more problems.nJuly Update: After conversations with Escape, we elected to return to the Escape factory to repair our camper furnace. Escape replaced two faulty switches on the control panel. Since the repairs, the furnace has worked properly on two camping trips. I don't expect to have any additional problems with the furnace. In returning home from the Excape factory, we did have two more cabinet latches fail, spilling some food items onto the floor. We've now replaced all of our original cabinet latches. We've had no problems with any other trailer items. Even with all of our initial problems, there is much to love about our Escape trailer. I hope Escape can resolve these type of quality control problems and continue to provide top-of-the-line, light-weight trailers.

I am incredibly happy with my new Escape 5.0. The experience of buying and working with the staff was fantastic. They were always available to answer questions and always took the time to make sure I was happy with my build decisions. I had the camper delivered 3,000 miles to Springfield MA in the middle of this passed winter. It arrived with no problems except one captains light popped loose. Not bad for such a long journey. Easy fix! We took it out on our first trip after spending a month learning everything in our driveway. we love it. we are happy with all of our options and wouldn't change a thing. It was well worth the year plus wait.
