Not your average dealership. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Across the board the quality of used cars in their inventory were exceptional. From the moment we arrived we received excellent service from Ry the sales manager. We were impressed by his professionalism and his no-nonsense approach with us. He and everyone else involved in the transaction that day made every effort to see we were well informed and looked after. It was an enjoyable and hassle free day. I cannot say enough about Rysam MacIver and my experience with Smith Motors. After researching car sales on-line, I was drawn to the Honda CRV I was looking for at Smith Motors in Chilliwack. At first I was discouraged by the distance from North Vancouver but after talking to Rysam I felt the trip was worth it. He was very accommodating to my needs and patient with my many emails and phone calls. When I attended the dealership, everyone was very friendly and the process was flawless. This team is amazing! I buy cars every 6 months to a year. I have never experienced customer service and loyalty at any other dealership like we did here. They have fair priced clean cars, and give top dollar for trades. They surpassed mine and my wife's expectations. Not only did they drive the car to our home about an hour way from the dealership to show us due scheduling conflict, they continue to after the sale check in and have helped with every little question. I am in the middle of buying my second car from these guys, and have two more friends buying from them. These guys are well worth the commute as there is not other dealerhship in Lower Mainland that can beat these guysI highly recommend them and ask for Rysam!
