College Street Dental

I had a great experience at College St. Dental! Dr. Lee gave me very helpful advice for my various dental issues. The cleaning I had done was thorough and certainly as good as or better than cleanings I've received in the past. They also knew my insurance plans better than I did, and were able to sort out getting a much needed mouth guard. Add to that that if you have U of T student plans, they handle all of the insurance work for you, and you've got a great recipe for a painless visit to the dentist! Highly recommended!

Going to the dentist is usually not a pleasant experience. However College Street Dental changed that for me. The front desk is very friendly. The dentist is very gentle and takes the time to explain what they are going to be doing which makes things a lot better. They also have TVs in the ceiling so you can just look up and watch TV while they are doing the dental work, before you know it the episode is over and you are done. Also, I had a billing issue come up and they were extremely helpful and worked with my insurance company to take care of it, saving me time and money. Overall, this place is highly recommended. For someone who never liked the dentist, they make life a lot easier.

The best client experience I've had at a dental office. Dr. Stephanie is amazing and helps me feel very comfortable, which I have not experienced before with a dentist. I also have the braces that they offer, that they call, "six-month-smiles." So far I have made amazing and rapid progress towards a great smile and I definitely recommend Dr. Stephanie for the job. Well deserved 5 stars.

I've been to College Dental twice now and both times were fantastic. I will certainly return for more services as well as routine check-in. The front desk personnel were very helpful including helping me understand the fine print of my dental insurance and knowing what was fully covered and what wasn't. The dental staff were fantastic as well. The hygienist who performed my 2nd cleaning was very cheerful and tried her best to make the process comfortable.

The office was clean and quiet. The secretaries were friendly and helpful. Michelle was very patient, kind and explained everything thoroughly. She answered any and all questions I had in great detail. My experience was great!
