Dawson Dental Centre

I’ve been going to Dawson Dental for more than 5 years now and my experience is always perfect. They direct bill my insurance and don’t pressure me to do more than my insurance will cover so, right off the bat, not having to worry about the costs is great. Next, the hygienist and dentist and ALWAYS on time which tells me they respect me and my time as well. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing three of their hygienist and each one is incredibly friendly, non-judgemental and most importantly gentle. The dentist I see, Dr. Naila Ladha, is thorough, answers all my questions and, when I need work done, she’s quick and makes it completely painless. Having had braces for 10 years, a retainer to expand my pallet for 5 years, 8 teeth pulled all in one shot and going to more than 5 dental offices over the years, I feel I can safely say that you won’t find a better dental experience than the one you’ll get here.

My wife visited this place 3 months ago. Today again we got a call and were told that we have an appointment tomorrow. We never scheduled it. They sent us some emails before when we didn't respond, they even called us. This is not good. You should not chase your customers like this and should not schedule without consulting a patient. We finally decide to opt out of this clinic. Thank You

Fairly pleased with the service at Dawson dental. As another reviewer mentioned, sometimes it's a hit or miss with depending on what hygienist you get, but overall they're pretty good. The staff are extremely helpful and make the experience extremely smooth!

The quality of care you receive really depends on the hygenist you see. It seems like they're all random at this place as the last three times I have been here I have three different hygenists. One of them in particular was very rough with her metal tools which seemed unnecessary to me. They also booked me for an exam without even asking you first.

This practice is so close to my loft that I want to love it, but I cant. The corporate structure of this clinic is disheartening and uncomfortable, and Ive already transferred my records out of there. Im giving them 3 stars, however, because they run efficiently and streamline everything - something thats valuable in todays world. The atmosphere is just too box store for me, but I appreciate that they never wasted any of my time.
