I love the barre classes both in person and online. My favourite instructor is Elissa - her classes always have interesting flows and she's easy to follow along with.
Absolutely love the feelings of inclusivity, physical safety and community from this studio! All are welcome , and I particularly am appreciative for their care and conscientious practices during covid. I have felt very safe in their studio. The owners are lovely and every instructor is the bomb! plus their online options make it easy to keep up with classes even if you can't make it into the studio. Love you studio B!
Studio B is the only studio that offers Soar and it is AMAZING! What more can you ask for!?! Low impact, high cardio and strength training all packed in in 45 min! Megan and Elissa are fantastic ladies and instructors! <3
Love the environment of Studio B! both locations are super clean and feel like very welcoming places to workout in! all the instructors are super sweet and so encouraging throughout your first classes and as you keep coming, the relationships you built with the barretenders makes coming to class something I always look forward to! I have personally found barre a fantastic way to stay active and also a way to challenge myself physically and mentally. I always feel so rewarded after classes and always look forward to coming back for my next class! :
I am so happy I was introduced to this studio! I used to say that I don't have time to workout and suffered from multiple health issues as a result. Turns out, I can make time, but I just needed the right place to work out at : This is an amazing studio with amazing staff and great philosophy. Staff the owners, the admin, the coaches are professional, respectful, and so encouraging! I love the balance the "Bare-Tenders" set in their classes - they respect the different capabilities of the trainees and, at the same time, encourage us to challenge ourselves and push forward. Each class, each Bare-Tender will challenge you in a different way, so the workouts are never boring and never the same. The coaches will connect with you during/after class, answer questions, guide you, and inspire you to be your best self.
I’ve been going to Studio B for almost three years, and it’s easily become my favourite place to work out I even gave up my gym membership and personal trainer!. The classes are always different some get my heart rate up while others challenge my balance and coordination, the instructors are friendly and approachable and... something that's very relevant for me... you don’t have to have to be dancer to feel comfortable at the barre.
Please keep doing what you do, and keep people safe! I see a lot of anti-vaxxer crazies aren't happy with you, and they are giving you negative reviews. Don't be discouraged. Wear it as a badge of HONOR! As the saying goes: "tell me who your enemy is, I will tell you who you are."
Studio B Fitness is an incredible supportive community that encourages self confidence and inner strength, the workout can be as hard or as modified as you need it to be, which is great for people with certain injuries. Studio B Fitness is addicting and the results are amazing. Be prepared to be sore in places you never knew you had muscles. Amazing instructors, uplifting atmosphere, and beautiful studio.
I have been going to this studio for 3 years, and it's had such a positive impact on my life and fitness! The workouts challenge you to build both physical and mental stamina, but are also fun and dynamic. Studio B offers a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive environment, with the most incredible instructors and staff! Highly recommend.
BBS is the most amazing place! The studio is beautifully decorated and classes run all day which makes it easy to fit barre into a busy schedule. All of the instructors are welcoming and full of energy and the workouts are consistently challenging and fun. The hour always seems to fly by! I'm constantly raving about both locations to my friends and family.
