This is really the best Pilates studio in Edmonton. If you do the open studio, everyone has an individualized program to suit their needs and skill level that Steve has developed just for you.

Steve Bryson is informative, patient and precise. He is always positive and makes you feel great while you do the hard work of re-patterning your body.

I have been coming here for 15 years and it is THE BEST!

Steven is a very knowledgable trainer and is always willing to help you with your workout.
