I've taken about 6 classes at xtend so far and have been happy with each of them. I've had different instructors each time and they all have their own style which I've liked for variety sake. All the classes have been fast paced and challenging without being intimidating which is also nice.

I love Dana’s class on Tuesday evening. She is super encouraging and adds in new things to her sequence each week.

Great classes, knowledgable staff and a fun atmosphere! A must try if you are looking for a new way to work out.
