Incredible staff and so much fun

Aradia offers some of the best ways to trick yourself into exercising. The community is amazing, and the instructors are super welcoming and always make sure you feel comfortable and safe in anything you are doing. Even if the aerial/pole classes are not your cup of tea there are many more kinds of classes offered at Aradia!

Aradia is an awesome studio with so many great classes including aerial hoop & polesilks!. All of the instructors are so encouraging and I’m always excited to go to class. It’s a great way to build strength and flexibility. Highly recommended!

I have quickly grown to love this sport! Aradia isn’t just a company... it’s a community of people encouraging one another! I cannot recommend them more!

I have fallen in love with this place!!!!! Everything from the pole dancing to the aerial hoop to the heel classes... if your looking for a different workout definitely give this a try
