I've been going to Redefing Eve for over two years now for personal training and it truly has changed my life. My friend dragged me there a couple of years ago and I just never stopped going. I go three times a week so it does get fairly expensive but it's definitely worth every penny! I can't believe how much my body has changed. I used to be pretty shapeless, but now I finally have curves!! I get compliments all the time on how toned I am and I feel better about myself too. My mom even asked if I had work done on my butt! I have taken a couple of classes at the studio as well which I also enjoyed. The class sizes are very small and are more cost effective if you cannot afford the one-on-one training sessions.
